Each year an independent market research company conducts customer satisfaction research for Otelo. It contacts consumers and our member companies to ask them their views on Otelo's service.
We contact both consumers that have called our office with an enquiry, and consumers that had a complaint investigated and recived a final decision from an ombudsman. The results are used to build on and improve the service that we provide to you.
In 2009 DJS Research Limited were appointed to carry out the research - the results of the 2009 customer satisfaction survey can be viewed below.
