To become a member of Ombudsman Services, please refer to the guide How to apply for membership. You can join by completing the application form, deed poll and contact form and submitting them to the Membership Secretary. 

The TRRR Return should be completed and forwarded to the Company Secretary who will keep your financial details (ie information relating to your market share and revenues) confidential from the service and from your competitors.
